Herbal Support in Pregnancy

Drinking tea daily is something that is usually doable for most pregnant people and it’s a great (tasty) way to nourish your body as pregnancy progresses. Especially in the winter, when most of us already aren’t getting enough vitamin d, drinking nettle tea can be really helpful in keeping those levels up. You can certainly add other herbs (oatstraw, alfalfa, or dandelion) and you can make large batches to keep in the fridge. Add honey and lemon, if you’d like!
