Deb’s favorite smoothie

This counts as a pregnancy/birth/postpartum related, right? Smoothies are quick, nutritious and delicious.

This smoothie contains a few of our favorite things, and it’s perfect for when you’re growing a baby or whenever… because, you know, #momlife.

I might toss some chocolate chips or carob chips in the blender with it occasionally. Maybe. You can use a frozen banana or add a couple ice cubes if you like your smoothies cold.

It satisfies my need for a snack and my craving for a sweet treat.
